"Before Sawada can completely square back up, Georgie is able to find his left leg. It looks like he’s going to attempt another leg drag, but Sawada frames and rolls over his right shoulder, looking for a door to escape."

Both athletes get into a low grappling stance and are ready for the match to kickoff.

George stalks Sawada across the mat before he’s close enough for Sawada to pull guard. Sawada looks to establish grips onto George’s sleeve and collar, but George hip pressures in and pops off Sawada’s grips.

George leg drags Sawada’s left leg to pass, but Sawada frames with his left arm to stop George from passing. George quickly transitions to passing to the other direction.

Sawada scoops George’s right leg and frames in with his left knee and right elbow to keep George from passing.

George sits to his right hip to find an opening, but Sawada is quick to shrimp and square back up to George. One thing I like about dem lightweights is their speed..alright, alright.

Before Sawada can completely square back up, Georgie is able to find his left leg. It looks like he’s going to attempt another leg drag, but Sawada frames and rolls over his right shoulder, looking for a door to escape.

George immediately notices that Sawada’s arm is too far extended and jumps on an armbar. Sawada has no choice but to tap.

What a way to finish and advance further on in the Abu Dhabi King of Mats.
